We supply a premium product at a reasonable price, but increasing costs have forced the necessary price increases in order to continue to pay for free shipping.

 

All shipping is via UPS except Alaska and Hawaii and those are shipped via the United States Postal Service!!!

 

Most orders leave the very same day or the next. However, it takes about 7 days to get to the east coast. Put a long holiday weekend into that equation and it could take 10-14 days from the date of order. The shipping labels are generated on the day of shipping, so you will not be able to track your order from this site. Your UPS information will be emailed to you at the time the label is made. Please check you spam and junk mail filters, as some emails don't get to you, although they were sent.

You can always call the 24/7 live customer service, should you have a questions about the shipment of your order.

 

Rush orders can be processzed but the extra cost will need to be paid by the customer. Most times it costs and extra $50-$60.00 to rush a 20# bucket.

 

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can be shipped via United States Parcel post and an additional $15.00 to help cover the high postage. This is also very slow and can take 2 weeks to receive. A delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you for tracking.
